1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between fa9993 (operating under fa9993.org) and its users. The fa9993 platform is operated by an internationally licensed gaming company that conducts its activities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

These Terms & Conditions are provided in English for the convenience of players in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered the authoritative text.

2 Account Registration & Use

To register with fa9993, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Opening an account with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

• The name, mobile number, and payment details used at registration must all belong to the same individual.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential.

• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

Fa9993 may request your ID or other documents at any time for verification purposes. Withdrawals may be delayed if the KYC (Know Your Customer) process has not been completed.

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to register with fa9993. Your age must be declared at registration, and you may be asked to submit a government-issued ID for age verification at any time.

If it is established that an account holder was under 18 at the time of registration, the account will be closed immediately and all funds in the account may be forfeited.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

Fa9993 accepts deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfer. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• No processing fee on deposits.
• The payment source must belong to the account holder.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted.

5 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw funds from fa9993, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: BDT 1,00,000 (separate limits apply for VIP members).
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• Odds may change during live betting; the odds at the time of confirmation are final.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fa9993. Violations may result in account suspension or termination, and balances may be forfeited.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

Fa9993 may suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances:

• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• If suspicious financial activity or fraud is detected.
• By court order or request from a regulatory authority.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed, unless forfeiture applies due to fraud.

11 Limitation of Liability

Fa9993 accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses due to internet connection disruption.
• Losses caused by issues with your device or software.
• Issues arising from third-party software or services.
• Game disruption caused by unexpected technical errors.

However, if a bet is affected by a technical error on fa9993's own systems, the original stake for that bet will be refunded.

12 Terms Changes & Updates

Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you have the right to close your account.
